World Cup or world sadness? 世界盃還是世界悲?

What I learn from the World Cup are:

1.   裡有悲  There are  "tragedy" inside the Cup.

   ,悲 both pronounce bēi,
   But different meaning
    盃=cup  悲=  sad

2."盃" 字 何必  "杯"

 It is culture suicide, no need at all to change this full form Chinese character.
 Simplified character 杯 lost the meaning of 盃
   盃has the radical  , it indicates 盛器Container.
杯's radical is wood =木, cups are not made of wood

3.   Original intent of the text was forced to change:
       杯具=cups = 悲劇=tragedy
      中文與中国文化的关系----不得不息息相关
The relationship between the Chinese words and the Chinese culture  is to do with daily lives closely.
      A very popular network buzzword-- bēijùtragedy

    杯具=cups & =tragedy both pronounce bēijù
         In this case 杯具can not be written as 具.
     Only 杯具=悲剧 is used in mainland China.
   You can find a lot of tragedy by using simplify Chinese  杯具, not by using traditional Chinese:

  " 網文若有悲劇二字,就被政府刪除,
   中文被改寫“ 悲劇” -->"杯具"

Once  the Chinese word " tragedybēijù " pop up in the websites in CCCP China, the government will delete the articles.After that, people find out a

same pronunciation word,  "tragedy" bēijù become to be written as cups  bēijù in P.R.China now.
